I noticed that my fan is not blowing that great when I set it to the max setting (recycle) - my first thought is the blower resistor - what do you guys suggest?

If it wasn't blowing at all at the Max setting then I'd say that it was the resistor.

yep it still blows but not as much as the regular AC does - there is a considerable differance

Just a thought. Make sure there is nothing stuck in or blocking the intake area. Passenger side....under the dash.

Mine sucked up a paper napkin once .

Sounds like one of the dampers are not moving full stroke when you set it to max setting(recycle). Maybe there is a vacuum hose cracked feeding that damper.
