Need opinion on window regulator

I have had this sitting for 2 1/2 years. Yes I know. Life happened. I don't remember if it was like this when I got it or not.

As you can see the plastic is warped. Looks like when I bolt it on it will straighten out. Or I can use a heat gun ant try to straighten it.

I don't want to have to replace it any time soon. So would you just buy another or try to use this one?

I honestly never even opened it. I definitely would have sent it back.
