Need Help 2002 Jeep Liberty

I'm new here so I apologize if this is the wrong place. Had a mechanic tell me that he's never seen anything like this before. I bought this jeep about a month ago. The Harmonic Balancer, Crankshaft Pulley is oddly touching some bolts. Has anyone ever seen this before 2002 Jeep Liberty V6 4x4. The bolts higher up bolts are touching, and the mechanic thinks it's causing the seal to weaken which is what's causing my leak.
