I added my iPod, SAT radio tuner and iWay 350c to the Jeep's aux input with the help of these items:
Peripheral PXDX

JL Audio CL-SES
http://mobile.jlaudio.com/products_cleansweep_pages.php?page_id=192

The CL-SES allows you to add three sources to one aux input (PXDX). The neat thing about this piece is it does the switching automatically via signal-sensing. You simply decide what the priority is for each piece and then plug them into the appropriate input on the CL-SES.

Here's the way I decided to set up the sources:
SAT Radio lowest priority
iPod 2nd priority
iWay 350c Nav top priority

When I am listening to my SAT radio, and then press "play" on the iPod, I am instantly listening to it. Press "pause" on the iPod, and I am back to listening to SAT Radio. If the NAV has instructions for me, it will overide either the SAT or the iPod and talk through the audio system. When it's done, I am back to listening to whatever source I was previously. Very cool.

All of this switching is done seamlessly without any noise. It's a neat way to increase the functionality of the stock deck. I plan to add the rest of my audio system in the near future and add a Stealthbox: http://mobile.jlaudio.com/products_stealthbox_detail.php?fit_id=1410

Where did you place the boxes? ( iPod2car ) ?
I placed in a hole behind the radio toward the glovebox. I don't have the iPod2Car, but it's the same idea. The PXDX routes low level signal to the OEM aux input. The iPod2car does this as well, but it has the 30 pin connector for the iPod specifically and gives to controls at the deck. I could not have used this piece in my system as it stands.

Hi,

I have a 2006 Liberty,
Just got a PXDX neo car audio aux converter, the installation at the cd port on the back of the rbk radio was quite easy, but the radio does not recognize the aux, II tried pressing the mode buton twice but the screen wont go to 00:00 and the radio wont play music from the device connected to the 3.5 cable. After reading the trouble shooting I went to the online instructions to find out the configuration for the deep switches, as I realized before 2006 Liberty is not listed, so I was wondering if anybodyelse has done this installation and could give me some pointers. Maybe I should follow the config for 2002-04.
Will appreciate any help.
