I'm looking for some off-pavement experiences with Kate, my 2006 Jeep Liberty 4x4 3.7L.

Kate has BFG AT TA KO's 235/70R16 on a factory suspension. She has her first three skid plates.

I live in Sumner County and would prefer to stay in the Nashville MSA or Kentucky counties adjacent to Robertson, Sumner, and Wilson. I've been to Wooley's in Bowling Green which offers the choice of soccer fields or bat-shit-crazy rock-crawling.

Suggestions? Public? Private? Farm land? Anywhere?

P.S. I am seeking a Mopar Fuel Tank Skid Plate

P.S.S. Recommended shops in Sumner County or nearby to get a 3" lift?

3 inch lift, OME WITH 927 and 948 springs with ome shocks. Add a top plate and one upper iso per side in the rear and have 3 inches of lift. Oh and teraflex front bumpstops for the front and two per side hockey pucks for the rear. Do the install your self and save money. Oh yes all of the info has been posted 1p quad zillion times haha

Turkey Bay. It's the off-road park by Land Between the Lakes in Kentucky, but it's right at the Tennessee border. It was about 45 minutes away when I lived in Clarksville, so not too terribly far from you. It has the whole range of trails from easy to hill-climbs to some smaller crawling areas. You can camp there too. Definitely worth your time!

Wam Bam and you'll be DONE. $1020.90 with shipping out the door. This is by far the simplest and best way to get lifted on a KJ.

Alternatively, just buy the OME springs, plates, bumpstops and iso's, then purchase whatever shocks and struts you'd like separately. If going Bilstein, will come out to about $90 cheaper...

At that point, talking about an 8.5% difference in cost, I'd weight how much better Bilstein or OME are over each other.

Windrock in Oak Ridge.

And go OME. I've had 4 bad Bilstein shocks.
