Hey guys. Been reading up on the forums the past couple days. I just picked up my '06 kj 3 days ago and love it. My main issue is the stock steel wheels so I am thinking about buying some '07 wrangler wheels off of eBay. Also my "part time" light is on so I've got to replace my 4wd switch. I'm probably going to be keeping mine on the road a lot but would love to find a nice little trail or something around town. I'm not looking to go Moab or anything but it is a jeep and needs to see the dirt, right? I will have pics posted up tomorrow.

Welcome
You're going to have a hard time fitting 07 Wrangler wheels on the KJ
They are 5x5 unlike the 5x 4.5 on the KJs
earlier model Wranglers will fit as long as they are 16 inch / stock 15s won't fit without spacers
The part time lights on these come and go, give it a few days and it'll go back off, nothing to worry about IMO

Cool. Thanks for the heads up. One of the ebayers has them listed as 4.5". Well looks like a stereo system is going to be in the works because it was either stereo or wheels.

Is there a spotted section on here? I saw a nice lifted dark colored kj with what I think were some soft 8's on it today. I'd love to be able to see it up close... Or head up to the dirty turtle with ya.
