I have decided to get a Lock-Right locker installed into my rear differentail. How much will a mechanic want to do this?

I have decided to get a Lock-Right locker installed into my rear differentail. How much will a mechanic want to do this?
is it an air locker?
well since you have to R&R the front diff , they'll get you for 5 or 6 hours labor there, plus the install which is not difficult but.....
plus the only one's you can put in are a Detroit TruTrac or an ARB
I would install a better locker than that for one if doing it
well is it a bad idea to put a assuie locker in mine? jw

So do you have the Aussie right now TBJ? If so, are you getting a TT now?
Not so true,the DTT up front is kicka$$ in a KJ,I wheeled the s#%t out of mine with a DTT/ARB combo that seemed to do better then a ARB/ARB setup.I'll miss the DTT up frontY
ITBJHO if you put a limited slip in a 4x4 that really gets wheeled, you need your head examined.
Come on all 4 wheels need to participate,lock those diffs,bothWas meaning in the rear
Never had a limited slip or other traction aid in the front, so can't judge that one
