Hi! I own cherokee liberty kj 2003, 2.5 diesel. Does anyone know which parts exactly are to be replaced? Rear left axle, parking brake lever parts. Are they interchangeable, left or right dependable?

Could anyone take pictures in details which parts are missing? As I have been told I need part number 5093338AA, do I need both parts below?
