Hello, I have had my 04 jeep liberty for almost a year now and like it! It is my daily driver and I have started playing with it a bit. I was think of putting some exhaust on it to free up some horses and maybe some MPG. I am open to ideas, but I have to keep it fairly quit. I have too since I leave early in the morning and I don't want to tick off the neighbours.

My question is, Does your jeeps put out alot of heat?

My temperature gauge reads good and normal, but when you stand beside the jeep you can feel the heat pour out from under the jeep. A matter of fact it killed the flower plant I park beside. My trips are basically 15 miles one way.

I just changed the plugs and they looked great!

Any help and tips would be appreciated and thanks in advance.

By the way I am averaging between 17 and 18 mpg highway and 45mph city mixed.

SORRY I should have wrote Jeep instead of car.

I like the heat, it can stay warm for several hours in the winter.

My 02 KJ threw out a ton of heat when standing beside it, more than I seem to recall from any other vehicle I've owned. After 10 years I got used to it :smokin:

I don't have enough experince with the KK yet to know if it's the same.
