will fit Jeep Liberty, instructions say 2002-08 but early models have a clamp on flange not bolt on. Check yours before buying.
will also fit Dodge Nitro 07-08 models
Brand new. no box, includes all hardware, instructions, stickers, and California sticker, they are 50 state legal!

flange has 1930-2 stamped on them
