...and my dashboard has started to howl at me again. I've gathered this is the power steering as I've been told multiple times in the past--but is there any way to stop the noise? It's driving me nuts X.x

Vibrations /squeal in dash, maybe I missed the last posts.
If it the power steering, mine was noisy and kinda real firm when cold, so simply I suctioned out the fluid in the PS reservoir and then added LubeGard back in the reservoir. Pump became smoother and dead quiet, you could try that.
Here is the link to PS LubeGard, I used 1/3 of the 32 oz bottle of "Universal" about $15.
Ok to mix as above with The ATF+4 fluid that is the Mopar fluid that is in there.
