Interchanging Hitch

will a hitch from any other model Jeep fit on the KJ? say for example one from a TJ or XJ?

I hope so cause I can get one cheap for the wifes KJ. :freak3:

The only ones that will fit safely on the rear of a KJ is a KJ or KK hitch.

Get the correct one for safety.

And adding to that a Mopar KK hitch will sit too high unless you cut 4 inches off the bottom of the rear bumper
so just get a KJ hitch and be good to go

heck for a $30 hitch it couldnt hurt to ask right? lol

she/we will never pull anything but it would be nice for a cargo carrier in the hitch.

The TJ front hitch fits the KJ, just have to drill new holes for the rear bolts
