How to remove the rear bumper?

Hi there,

I need to install parking sensors in our '03 Liberty. To do this, I need to remove the rear bumper. What is the best/easiest method?
Which clips do I need, to install the bumper again? I found this site, but they have not a tool to check which clip fits the rear bumper of a Liberty: http://www.clipsandfasteners.com/Chrysler_Jeep_Clips_Fasteners_Retainers_s/66.htm

I used some push rivets i got from my buddies house down the street. thats all that really holds on the bumpers and all fenders. just rivets.
