2009 KK Passenger Rocker Sill Removal Question

My daughter ran over something in her 2009 KK AKA “Quackers”. The rear of the passenger rocker sill/cover got busted off along with a piece of the wheel well liner where it attached. How do you remove the plastic sill/cover? Does it just clip on? I want to replace the broken parts.
