Hood Swap

Im starting my new jeep kj build and im trying to swap the hood to a non-sun damaged hood and i do not know where to start with it. i have the "new" hood and i was wondering if there was anyone that could help me put. thanks.

What seems to be the hold up? Isn't it simply 4 bolts, 2 on each hinge?

im confused, it not just a normal hex head bolt. it is a cap head with a 6 pointed star in the center

Making an easy job hard are we ?
10 mm bolts hold hinge to hood, what you are looking at are mounted into fender, leave them
