i have just bought a 2003 KJ Extreme Sport 3.7 Cherokee with 49k on the clock to replace my XJ which I drove round the Baltic Sea to Russia and back, whatever the Russians put on the roads in winter, vitriol,???, it pretty much dissolved the underside...

Now I am on the look out for some off-road parts:-
1. Front winch bumper, those Detours ones look neat.
2. lift kit 2" or 3".
3. Rock sliders.
4. Removable tow bar for ball and NATO hitches.
5. more aggressive tyres than the Wrangler HP fitted as standard.
6. Hi-lift jack mounting.

Any suggestions gratefully received.

I won't be much help with your questions, but I'd like to say welcome!

I've read a few journals about Baltic Sea trips. Were you part of one of those? I'd love to do something like that someday, though I'd try to avoid the "vitriol" now that I've been warned.
