Hard starting when the temp is 90+

Assuming that : fuel pump is OK, coils are fine and PCM ( Powertrain Control Module ) too, this
could well be the typical ECT ( Engine Coolant Temperature ) sensor going bad.
If possible, hook up a scanner and check for intake air temp and coolant temp.
Just the first two things that come to mind... keep us informed.

What kind of scanners do you guys use to check the temperatures? I would like to get one.

I use an ELM-327 bluetooth -> OBD-II interface along with the Torque-pro app on an Android powered device. I find that it works reasonable well and allows me to view many different monitoring screens.

Thanks for the input. I'll check those things out. It's strange, if it has been sitting in the sun it starts hard but in the shade there's no problem. My stealer installed MOPAR alarm system becomes a lot more sensitive as well.
