frozen ebrake cable, need a how to

Any how to's on replacing the parking brake cable thanks

Pull rear seats out,center console out,makes it easier to pull front seats out also,then remove all trim,and finally remove carpet.




For $26(while the other side was $54 for the same exact part with the bracket mounted backwards) they are a major pain to replace.
