Well, it's a custom modification. It's not a bolt-on kit that you can buy and put on in 15 minutes. Everyone so far I think has done it a little differently than the next guy. I suggest you re-read the thread you linked to and also this one on LOST...

If you have any specific questions after studying those threads for awhile, feel free to ask. I did mine without any welding. I just bought the drawbars and bolts, had an extra hole drilled in each drawbar at a machine shop, unbolted my bumper, painted and bolted up the drawbars, put the bumper back on, attached the D-rings.
