i have been slowly working on my light bar design for the front bumper.
this raises a pair of PIAA 6" 500 series lights up off the bumper. using 1" round tube and 1/8" plate for mounting.
it would be designed for 02-04 front bumpers as i have found good fairly consistent info on where to drill for the bolts., it might still fit 05-07 also.
what do you all think? i know it may be hard to picture without it on a liberty or without a jeep in the drawing, but that is what i am going for.
i need to verify clearance for the grille as it curves out slightly.
the lights are spaced 13" apart (on the center line of the 2nd slat in the grille from each end) the base of the light is about 4 1/4" up from the surface of the bumper, the center-line of the PIAAs will be a couple inches below the CL of the headlights.
