Overall, a much better turnout than I expected. The group consisted of me, Corwyyn, minimedic (who baptized her new KJ still with temporary plates), o8k, AZKJ, and Russ and his wife (from LOST but should be making their way over). A lot of fun, with no major issues at all. It was an easy road that a passenger car could travel, but the scenery was awesome and it was a great opportunity to hang out with Jeep enthusiasts who would not look down on our stocker KJs (except Corwyyn lol). I have quite a few pictures and I know everyone else does as well. If everyone would like to add their pictures and opinions here, I think it would be a great album for the day. Oh, and o8k got the most flex award of the day with the boulder on the side of Roosevelt Lake (someone should have plenty of pictures and I'm sure he'll be more than happy to show off his new technique of wheeling :)).

Nice pictures, a fun day with a nice group of people. And no, I'm not saying anything about o8k, other than he was the Flex Champ today.... :p

and yet more pix

Stopping by Canyon Lake or the connecting stream - the water level was low enough so that GPSs showed us *in* the lake

Edit 2! I happend to notice some of us do not have the blurbed out license plate. Is it common practice to blurb em out? Suppose mine are changing soon so i guess it dont matter /me shruggs...

Edit! Wow awesome photos yall, the bird, the moon, and the side mirror shot. Its esp nice to see some extraordinary atristic photo-tallent follow us along for the trip, helps show off the trip for us AND everyone else to enjoy that couldnt make the trip.

I used to blur them out, but figured we have no control over who views it when we drive our vehicles so I don't worry about it anymore.

Waaaa,,,, I wanna trail ride!!
Well, keep an eye out and maybe see if you can get down here next January for the AZ LOST 'Fun In The Sun' run. We will be posting on the LOST site sometime early next month as to what trails we'll be looking at doing, and once that info is out I'll link to it over here. AndySRT came down last time and had a blast! C'mon, you know you and the lady will be ready for a break from the snow and cold come January :p ;)

Hey, I hope you all don't mind me taking a few of your pictures and saving them to my computer. By the way, AZKJ, mine got the wash and Zymol treatment today also lol.
