needing to replace the lower clevis bolt ( to control arm ), could i just use the new bolt and a hammer to tap out the bolt im replacing which would also be hammering the new one in at the same time ? or am i going to need to loosen UCA, sway bar link etc.. to drop the lower control arm and releive pressure on that bolt

I would always relieve as much pressure as possible. Can try it by just letting the control arm droop but I would imagine it would still be difficult. Especially based on how hard the bolt is to get in sometimes. To the point where it needs to be ratchet strapped into place.

I had the clevis out (and hence that bolt) when I replaced my CVs. Jack it up, then put the jack under the LCA to catch it when I took the bolt out. Might not have to touch the sway bar or anything. You can use the jack to line things back up too.

A lot depends on what lift and how much lift you are running
smaller lifts you can do with out removing everything, larger ones you can't
If you are at 2.75 inches as stated then you're borderline but should be able to.
If not takes what extra 5 minutes to remove everything else and do it right
I would not " hammer in " the bolt either, it should slide in easily

ill just have to see how easily it wants to come out and go from there. The last time i had that bolt out was when i put my lift in and i just remember it was not fun getting it lined back up even with the come along
