it feels like settings 1 and 2 are almost the exact same speed if not the exact same speed in our 2002 KJ. 3 and 4 are both different than the other settings and each other.

You should notice an audible difference too. Hard to say. Just replace it and see. ?

there is no audible difference between 1 and 2, but there is for all the others.
