Hi , i'm wondering if there is a HOW TO replace engine mounts for 2002 liberty. I got to replace mine on passenger side. I look under the truck and it looks like a pretty easy job. I know that i have to support the engine while i'm doing the job. Something else?

Is it better to do while the engine is hot or cold?

I'm asking that to know if it easier to take off the bolts on a cold or hot engine. Ill be careful to not burn myself.

In that regard, I don't think it'll really matter. Just hit them with penetrating oil and let them sit for an hour or so to soak.

Agree! My go to is "PB Blaster" I usually start a day in advance, give the bolts and nuts(if applicable) a quick shot and then again an hour before you are ready to start the work.
