Different Rear Brake Calipers

I was wasting time walking around the dealers lot and came across a bunch of recently unloaded Libertys, I noticed that the rear brake calipers were different, they were silver in color, looks like they were cast and had Jeep stamped into them, the fronts were the same black style used previously, I was wondering if this is an answer to the rear brake noise issue, they changed them for a reason.
