How does the small panel to the right of steering wheel come off ? The one above the knee panel. I didn't want to snap it off and find it was a one time snap.

just pulls off, held in by metal clips. it takes a lot of force. easier access if you take the knee panel out first IMO

It feels like it will break but it won't. Like krisP said, if you pull down the knee panel you can reach up behind that little trim panel and push it from the back side.
