What do you prefer to use for your coolant? I tried searching but a lot of the discussions tend to veer of topic.

It would not surprise me if both the Mopar and the Zerex are made and bottled in the same place. Like tommudd said, as log as it is HOAT you are good.

VERY different color though but still a possibility.

This one says it's HOAT on the back. And suitable for use in other classifications as well.

Who knows, may be a plot to get unsuspecting Jeepers to destroy their vehicles.

Yeah, Zerex G05 HOAT is pink That's what I used. The OEM stuff that came out was pink and I guess that was MOPAR. I didn't know HOAT came in different colors?

Which of these two would be more recommended the Zerex G-05 or the 50/50 mix?

You can usually buy Zerex G-05 as a pre-diluted 50/50 mix OR full strength. If you buy the full strength you need to dilute to a 50/50 mix with distilled water.

Weird. The last Zerex G-05 I bought (probably a couple years ago) was yellow.

Buying the 50/50 is quite a bit more expensive. You can get a gallon of distilled water for <$1.
