Very nice. I would really like to get one for my Jeep eventually. Just curious, is there a reason that most stay away from the handheld CB radios?

They are not all that good, poor range and sound quality.

I have a Cobra 29 LTD Classic, peaked and tuned, with a Road King low noise mike (a left over from my OTR days) that I use in the TJ. But it is really overkill. I find the FRS radios do well enough for trail rides and see no need to go through the hassle of installing a CB and having the cockpit clutter that goes with it in a Liberty.

Also, if you want better range and reception on a four wheeler using a CB, the right rear corner gets out the farthest....

man I would like to have that, used to have a 400 but it was stolen out of the truck, now only have a 100 any good places to buy anymore? I am still running my LTD WX Classic thats been peaked tuned and treated very well and a Road King mike also

That antenna in the first pic would last about five minutes where I wheel at before being torn off.
