I finally got around to installing my BOSS upgrade with backup camera. I pretty much followed the youtube from Crutchfield. Ran cabling along pass side roofline, down the front pillar, and under the dash. I loved their Ready Harness for $27.00. Made it truly plug and play. The m there were the two triggers wires, one to reverse light to trigger the camera, and the one to the e brake. I poked about under the dash behind the driver side kick panel. Was unable to find that white wire with light green tracer, or the e brake wire. I finally cried UNCLE, and went back to the rear, and took a feed off of the reverse light. Ran it back up up along the roof line under the dash and connected it to the purple wire. I was getting tired after 5 hours, so just coiled up the e brake wire and called it a day. There were 2 usb ports, one for charging and one for Carplay. I left them hanging under dash for now too. The GPS antenna was adhered to the top passenger side window shield, the microphone to the top left. Looking forward to giving it a test run…..when I recover from those tough 5 hours!
