Building a lift for 2002 stock KJ and need MAJOR help!!!

I recently bought a 2002 jeep liberty limited and its still all stock from info I have from the past owners. I'm really interested in what I need to build a lift for this jeep. I'm looking for a 3" lift preferably OME with rancho shocks but I'm open to anything! Just looking for some responses and help is really all I need. Im new with this stuff and i just need some insights on everything ill need to make this build successful. Price range is not an issue I have been saving for all upgrades I'm doing to my jeep. Thanks in advance!!

What they stated
but forget the Rancho shocks
The best shocks Rancho had for the KJ when lifted was the RSX line which they discontinued couple of years back
Also look over jeepinbyal.com. Lifts from 650- on up
