Breather sponge

I recently replaced the air cleaner I noticed a small orange sponge or foam piece in the air cleaner housing it is for the oil breather but mine in destroyed ripped and just junk. I would like to replace but auto parts store does not have it they said dealer part but Jeep dealer said they don't make it. Anyone have any suggestions or tips to get a new one?

Maybe stop by the local building stores and find a good piece of artificial sponge, then cut to fit.

Too simple. AND, it wouldn't have the MOPAR stamp on it. SACRILEGE!!!
