I have not had to change mine yet but will do so at 75k miles or at the first sign of any problems.
It is an easy job to do (most say) so I will try to explain best I know..just make sure you got the plan on the sticker from under the hood for routing and eye ball it so you know how it goes back on.( a photo helps) The tensioner is spring loaded (where it makes contact at belt) and use a socket on the center tensioner pulley bolt to force it away from belt. You can then remove belt and then there is one bolt to remove the whole tensioner assembly.
For re-assembly, the main mounting bracket bolt is 30 ft/lbs torque, I would normally use a drop of medium locktite on that bolt too.
