Template? Are they really that precise with the mounting? When I installed my rock rails (Carolina Rock Shop Rails) I just held them up with a buddy where I wanted them mounted then marked the holes drilled and used a bolt and nut.

It's just a lot easier to have the template when you have to go at it alone once the first six holes are drilled... The rest is pretty smooth sailing if I remember correctly.
