So I replaced my AC compressor, dryer, pulled and blew out hoses, new gaskets, etc.
Evacuated the system. Charged it.
It is blowing nice and cold air.
However, the light on the control unit does not come on when you press in the snowflake button. Pushing the button in does start to cycle the compressor, and make the air cold. With the button out is warm and no compressor cycle.
Should I be concerned that the light is not coming on?
We picked up this Jeep KJ (2006) about 6 months ago and I am getting it ready for the daughter. Did AC and water pump, new pulley tension er, belts, etc.
