2002 Liberty limited won't hold idle

Hello guys new to forum could really use some help if posted in wrong section let me know I will correct any issue.

I recently purchased a parts jeep to fix my liberty , but turns out the parts jeep I purchased was in better condition then my original liberty when I purchased the the new Liberty the seller explained the engine was blown and it wouldn't turn over when I took it home to tinker with it I got it to run but it only ran with the vacuum line coming out the pcv valve into the down pipe of the throttle body disconnected other wise she wouldn't idle. My guess was a clogged cat so I was driving the truck over to my muffler shop about 5 mins from home stalled out and wouldn't idle at all. Pulled her back home with my excursion now I come to you for help before I kill my pockets towing her to a mechanic .I have no check engine light but I do have a bank 1 sensor 2 o2 sensor code . Btw this truck was running no muffler with rear cat delete.

At the moment I get car started with pedal to the floor and crank but will die out if I release gas. I get to hold at about 1k Rpms with the gas and it misfires but with no apparent no codes on my reader.

On the bright side here are some of the things I can say are not it
I changed the iac, tps, plugs, fuelpump&filter, pcv valve with no result change also tried the battery I get 13.0vs out the battery at 100% charge

Please I thank you in advance for any feedback on this problem love my first liberty have 3 of them now in my house this one giving me the most trouble lol

Somewhere between being sane and insane!
Let the battery sit for 12 hours not hooked up and re-check the voltage. If it still reads above 12.6 volts check the voltage drop while cranking.Anything under 8v can cause the PCM to loose memory thus resetting the IAC.

If you have to hold the pedal to the floor to start that means a severe rich state,WOT while cranking shuts off the fuel to the engine to help clear a flooded engine in a multiport FI engine.Large vacuum leaks and/or severe exhaust restrictions can cause this as does leaking fuel injectors.
