I've only had it out once since getting everything put together... it really needed it because the front was riding the jounce bumpers before. I'm using 16" stock wheels and tires, although I have a set for off-road on 15" steel wheels (which reminds me... I had to grind the corners on the front calipers for that, and I replaced front calipers while I was doing everything else) I didn't feel like anything was off at freeway speed. Summer's coming up fast all of a sudden, I gotta get jet skis out of my mom's place in Ohio and I still have a carb rebuild to do...
I'm not picky about softness or firmness, I just was concerned I'd be going into this not knowing how it would turn out and it would be squirly, and it wasn't. Definitely better than being sagged enough to ride on the jounce bumpers. The jet ski trailer tends to tow like it's not even there, and then I usue this sometimes for a larger boat launch, but that's only a few houses worth of dirt road away from where I keep the boat. So if I can find time this summer I'll see how this goes at Holly Oaks.
I actually got this car 5 years ago for my son who still hasn't gotten his drivers license, but I think he's probably about ready to do that this summer too.
