05-06 Sport and Limited Fog Lights

How the heck do you change the lamps? If it is in the manual I can't find it and I certainly can't reach back there with my fat hands. I know the earlier models had a release screw that allowed you to just drop the whole assembly out the front but I don't see that on the new ones plus they are ery small and a tight fit.

Seeing the yellow light below the Silver Stars is a little displeasing.

I'm wondering the same thing, except I need to change the entire assembly on mine. Both of my lenses cracked in the cold weather and are being replaced under warranty. When the parts come in I might ask if they'll just let me take the parts and do it myself. I'm tired of being without my Jeep while it sits in the shop.

If anyone figures out how to easily get to the fog lamps, let us know.

take the grill off. Theres two clips above each headlight is what ive read. just pops off.

1) you gotta unscrew the assembly from behind the lamp. Look straight down, you should see the screw...
2) you gotta unscrew the rear cover (there are 3 hex screws holding it together)
3) you gotta unplug the lamp
4) pop out the lamp from behind the lens.
