03 liberty ac system issue

Hey guys got a question. I'm working on this 03 liberty and the ac clutch went out. So new compressor went in and new orfic tube. Went to refill the system and the high side shot up to 400+ psi. The low was normal. Any ideas?

Obstruction on the high side somewhere.

Why didn't you just replace the clutch? It's just a series of snap rings and washers, a few bolts... so long as the bearing is not seized, should come off fairly easily.
