Something I did with mine... I removed the bolt from the strut end of the clevis, then installed it backwards. As you tighten it the clevis opens right up. Rich

I have 245/70R17s and had trimmed until they didn't rub. Then I added 1.25 spacers and, as expected, the rubbing moved outward... had to do some more trimming. Still I love the wider stance. Rich

I've only had the M/Ts for a little over a week now but the evic says I'm now getting 12mpg in town. Was getting 15 before. I know the speedo is off about 5% (according to the guy at Discount Tire) by going from 235/65 to 245/70. So is the evic wrong? "...your mileage may vary."

The kids are the reason I opted for the KJ instead of another TJ. We are a family of 5 now and the TJ only seats 4. My 7 year old loves wheelin' in the KJ. We even have a couple of RC Jeeps and he had a Power Wheels Jeep since he was 4. He's hooked.
