im not sure about a relaern but i could do it myself by disconnecting the battery terminals for 10 mins with them taped together. as for the 4.7 i plan on building the motor with forged pistons and heads, valve springs, ported intake and exhaust, cams, the whole 9 yards, and then turboing...
