Manual trans (NSG370) fill plug wrench size
Running out to the store now to buy an allen wrench big enough to undo the fill plug on the transmission. Anyone know the size off hand? Im going to try to find a set but it is quite large. Around 3/4" but hard to tell.- KJ604

Yea I'm just having trouble finding the time. Just crawled under for a quick look. I'm starting to lean more towards the transmission. Weird noise comin from the front end. Not much spare time lately since I'm. In the process of moving. Called dealership for quote to drain and fill front diff, trans, and transfer case. 386 after tax for all 3. Guess I have to find time to do it myself.- KJ604

Sway bar end links lifted KJ
Get new sway bar bushings and endings. I got the moog replacement end links and bushings. Solved the metal thud over bumps after lifting for me.- KJ604

For anyone out there with the NSG370 I had another post where I was asking about gear box oil because I had been having trouble shifting. I would have the clutch pushed in but the shifter did not want to go in to gear. had to push way too hard on the shifter or the temporary solution I found...- KJ604

Strange question please bear with me
Awesome thanks guys. I had battery troubles this week since my KJ still had the original battery in it and also started hearing a weird noise in the driveline this week. Wanted to see if they were connected but must be a coincidence.- KJ604

Strange question please bear with me
Please help me familiarize myself with our transmissions and transfer cases. Is there an electric pump in either one to help lubricate or are they both splash lubricated? I have a reason for asking but I'm curious to know first- KJ604

Grinding noise in reverse while on throttle and letting out clutch
When I'm starting out in reverse and giving it a little throttle I'm hearing a grinding noise as I'm letting the clutch out. Once the clutch is fully out there is no more noise. And if I get going in reverse using only the clutch I don't hear the noise. It's like crunchy gravely grinding. And...- KJ604

Stock UCA maxed out

Sway bar bushings replacement
I did it without removing the bar. I think I got the Moog bushings, they are blue and they had a split on the back. I slipped them over more towards the center of the vehicle where there is more room then slid them to the sides.- KJ604
