REAR LOCKER FOR 06 KJ CRD C8.25 WITH C-CLIPS

Here's some selectable lockers: https://ox-usa.com/product-category/1-lockers/chrysler-8-25/ https://store.arbusa.com/air-locker-differential-chrysler-8-25-29-splrd93/ There's nothing CRD-specific about your rear axle. I also believe that by 2006 the ring gear bolts are revised to 10mm (from...

Rear Diff Ring gear bolts 8.25

I re-use them. Loctite also. Beware the bolt size changed mid '05. 3/8" vs 10mm.

Heh. I'm on the 3rd set of pinion bearings with the 3.7L/6spd. Ujoints last longer!

    Front brake caliper pin problems

I went through the exact same thing. Bushing slid up because of air trapped behind it. Fishing line did the trick.

    Front brake caliper pin problems

Doubled over fishing line. Breaks the seal to let the trapped air escape.

How do you check clutch fluid?

You can squeeze the cap out of there. BTDT. Why they did that is beyond me

    2003 rear diff posi

Not really. Have done that with several other vehicles before to prove the theory. Edit: still have a bottle of additive on my shelf in case I cross one that misbehaves and needs it.

    2003 rear diff posi

Have now gone 150,000km now without any additive. Still works nice and grabs tight when it's supposed to.

Any other battery sizes that fit a V6?

Sorry, have only bought the OEM/listed size battery each time. Here's a battery size chart. See what your tray has room for.

Six speed Manual Trans fluid exchange time/mileage schedule

20k is nothing. I have only changed the oil when changing the clutch or rebuilding the trans.

    2003 rear diff posi

I would not bother taking it further apart, and leave the additive out. After test driving it to get the oil circulated and warm, THEN decide if it needs additive. I haven't put additive in a used posi diff for over 25 years - as it tends to defeat the grip on a used unit.

My rear springs on the 2002 kj keep popping off when I'm fully flexed out. I'll post pics below. What can I do to fix this issue . Thanks everyone.

Stock shocks would limit travel. Extended shocks may do what OP is experiencing. I'm running 4runner coils... they are longer, but not stiffer.

    2" Spacer Lift, TPMS ??

That seems a more likely culprit.

    2" Spacer Lift, TPMS ??

Can't imagine how 2" of lift can mess with TPMS... think you have an odd coincidence going on. Who did the install? Was the battery disconnected? No TPMS on our '05, so do not have experience with it.

2004 KJ radiator replacement - no side/circular bushings to swap out?

Quite sure I had to swap them over from the old rad. I also seem to recall seeing these bushings on other Chrysler products - can't be too hard to source.

Rear suspension or axle clunk when getting on or off the gas.

No they weren't. I think that's the very last time I bought a Moog bushing or joint.

Rear suspension or axle clunk when getting on or off the gas.

My invoice from 2016 says I ordered 2 units. Don't recall having any extras. Good luck

Rear suspension or axle clunk when getting on or off the gas.

Each. One per box. I will never buy them again. I got a whole arm from rockauto for $74. Amazon wasn't far off that price either.

Moog K200428 Mine were from rockauto, and they still have them.

Rear suspension or axle clunk when getting on or off the gas.

Upper arm bushings. They tear. Best viewed when not jacked up. It is very difficult to remove the OEM bushings without stretching the holes (then new bushings won't stay in place.) As careful as I was, still had to tack-weld the new Moog ones in. They didn't last long either, so I swapped over...
