2002 Liberty Cranks but wont Start

2003 Liberty Cranks but wont Start

Working on a 2003 Liberty, she will crank but will no fire!

Fuel presure is good
Compresion is good
New cam and crank sensor
Enigne light flashes 10 times with key on, Then just a steady light
No code's or done displyed at odometer after key on, off, on, off, on
Orange spark present (not blue)
Tested injectors with a niod light and it flashes once when cranking and then stops flashing

If you are not seeing "done" then you are simply not doing it right.

If you're getting all of that I'd be suspect of a faulty ECM.

Is the timing in order. My 2005 would crank but not start and it was the timing belt was missing quite a few teeth.
I have the 2.4 engine.
Replaced belt and Walla started right up

ok, code P0340 No cam signal, Cheked all wires from sensor to PCM. the ecu was getting the signal but i was not seeing it on the my scanner.

I replaced PCM, I now have cam signal, and injector pulse as well as crank signal,

motor will crank and sputter for about .5 secs then crank again. Kinda like a fuel or air starvation. crank crank sputter, crank crank sputter!

Tho I have fuel and injector pulse now.

There is no securty light on the dash ever!! So I think I can rule out the SKIM..

Any ideas?

So what year is it? One forum you have a '03 and here it's a '02.Gotta get your story straight 1st.

ok, I checked when i got home and i have a black key not gray key so to confirm no SKIM I took apart the colum and and there is indeed no SKIM on this vehicle,

yeah my bad bro, I must have missed that,

I no longer have code p0340 thats been repaired. i now have P0031 and P0136 O2s i dont think this would make crank no start.

I am deff getting fuel since i can mell it and the plugs are soaked, i also have spark!

Whats else could there be? timeing maybe? I know the 3.7 has a chain and not a belt but i have no other ideas!!!
