    Just adjusted mine today. The star wheel inside the brake is the adjustment. I thought old school cable adjustment, but no. Adjust as stated by CzarKJ. You need to bring wheel off ground to spin and check the amount of friction caused by adjustment...too much, and you'll burn up your brakes...

    I am noticing an increase in mileage and performance. More giddyup in mid-range RPMs, seems like the engine is running better overall. More power at speed going uphill, with the ability to accelerate.

    how hard is this to fix?

    Had a similar situation. Found the offending coil, and just swapped it around to the next cylinder to see if problem cleared, which it did....sometimes just re-seating the plugs will clear issues.
