I don't think that part comes with the regulator. It would be considered part of the glass. If it's removable without breaking it I'd think the only place to get one would be a salvage yard. Might just have to buy the glass which should be pretty cheap. You could reach out to someone like deadjeeps.com and ask if that part is removable from the glass and if they'd be willing to send you one. Ideally you'd find a wrecked Liberty with that window busted and the clip thingy would hopefully be a few bucks at most.
