Rear brake hose question

I am planning to replace the rear brake hose (from frame to differential vent), since it looks fairly rusty at the frame end. Anything to watch out for on this job? I expect the lines will come out of the block ok, since they look good.
The hose looks fine, except for the crimp at the one end is a clump of rust. I would rather replace it now since it's original on a 2003.
Just wondered if the fittings usually cooperate and unthread ok on these:gr_grin:

I changed the hard lines from the junction block to the wheel cylinders on my 02 a while back. They looked pretty crusty but did come out of that block with little trouble.
