Finally replaced the stop and brake lights with LED bulbs. Now just waiting for the reverse lights LEDs. I'm told there are "error free" LEDs that work for the turn signals without resistors, but I'm going to need more info before I jump on that.

I did brake and reverse w/LED and left the turns alone. I might reconsider the turns if I replace the front w/smoke lenses, but for right now they do their job and i don't have to worry about resistors, extra wiring, or not knowing a bulb burned out w/o warning.

What i did to my Liberty today

04 liberty KJ Sport 239.000 miles
Today i cleared. OBD2 error codes
P0522 , P0171. & P0172 .
Replaced B/1 1/1 D/side -Upstream
0/2 sensor. Codes cleared , Runs great , more m.p.g. better drivability
Tomorrow I will replace Spark Plugs
dont know how long they have been in there or how bad they are . I'm sure they look like 20 miles of bad road !
Then send it thru emmissions .

NEXT , IF ANYONE HAS ANY NEW OR USED. QUALITY SUSPENSION OR OTHER UPGRADES AND/OR FOR SALE OR TRADE
I'm looking for a full set of
O.M.E. or comparable Lift Springs & Complementing
Shocks & Strut Cartridges. Also J.B.A upper control arms
front tow hooks. , Driving lamps
Etc. Etc.
Thanks Everyone !

I want to do it right the first time ! Thx Frank

Only OME
There are no struts on Libertys
Hard to find UCA from JBA, I do know of a set hiding out, will check on them
I may still have some NOS 02-04 fog lights, no wiring but the lights and mounts will check this weekend

remove the trilink again to finally solve the issues i have been having. i did notice the axle appears be shifted slightly to the drivers side. Hoping fixing the rear suspension will put the body back inline.

Almost time for new ones and since I always like to try new styles ,looking around , reading reviews , trying to figure out which ones, and no, will never be any junk BFGs
Possibly
Hercules Terra Trac AT II
Hankook DynaPro AT
Falken Wildpeak AT 3W
Cooper DiscovererAT 3
Drive on one lane dirt roads, 1.5 lane county roads and 2 lane state highways daily ( well about 70-75 miles ) And its all hills , up and down , all the way until I decide to retire for the 3rd time :happy175:

Jeep 1 : Raccoon 0

The 04 took out a total of 4 deer, one Camry and a GMC pickup with the ARB over the years
RL rear bumper / hitch took out a PT Snoozer and a Pontiac Grand Prix ( both had to be towed away )
So you're getting a good start so far, starting little but they will get bigger :happy175:

Small steps...

I have done in a few deer over the years. Not with the KJ and nothing totalled yet. Saw a guy hit a black bear with a Dodge Aspen wagon once. Moved the engine block into the firewall... the bear walked away (laughing I think).

replaced the trilink, so now the rear feels much better, did some front bumper trimming to help with rubbing. thought the trilink was the source of the noise over bumps well it wasnt all of it. it seems like the bushings on the shocks are to big cause i can twist them a little which im guessing means they are the source of the noise over bumps.

My KJ sees as many miles as yours does now in the same conditions, I love my Hankooks so far. About 5-10k into them and they look new still. They are perfect in the snow.
Second runner up was the Falkens, but Walmart screwed up the order so I got the Hankooks instead. They'd be good too.
I didn't like the Coopers since they don't have a rim bead protector.

Clipped a deer a few months ago. Cracked my headlight assembly and busted the grill up. Been waiting on the bumper to get here so I can tackle the whole front end together.

The RL rear bumper and hitch took out an Infiniti G35 a few years ago. The guy had literally just driven off the lot, sticker on window and all. Felt pretty bad for him.

Ordered parts for her. One day everything will be fixed on her...for a little while anyway.

So they do good in snow then ?? cool
I have 3 hills, very steep and long that look more like black diamond ski trails than roads going up and down with snow on them
Thanks
