Geeze what a Murphy Ride. Fought me most of the way. JBA gave me the top sleeves for the bottom rear shock mount (1.825 vs 1.25"). Had the top sleeves in, but bottom sized instead of top. Hacksaw!

Used the cut off section as a washer for the top - no choice: old shocks were already gone.

Discovered that I forgot to do heights in my eagerness to get started. SMH. I had gotten a 17 3/8" curiosity measure once on the fronts.

21.5" in the rear. 22.5" in the front. Both sides match their counterpart. Still going to get it aligned tomorrow.

Drove it and got a NASTY misfire. Cyl 5 Ignition goil issue (P2314). I suppose 166k isn't bad to get out of a set of stock coils. Time to replace them all.

Now id it does as good as the 04 and keeps going after 200,000 we'll be good until 2025

Fixed a fallen exhaust rocker arm and replaced rear shocks and coils pain in the a** but not as bad as putting the rocker back in my 4.7 chrysler Aspen

Lots of work done this Saturday - mainly rear end, finally:
- Replaced rear UCA assembly with new one
- Added JBA Y link extension
- Found clunking noise culprit and solved (loose bolt of rear left shock)
- Rear Sway bar delete
- Rear brake line extension custom bracket
- 1.5" hubcentric T6061 wheels spacers added with thread locker + 100 ft-lbs torque- had rubbing issues in front I wanted to solve (now slight rubbing against fog lights door, easy fix I think)

Well after a few months of building a old 408 we broke in the cam and did the first oil change this morning in my 03 Liberty. Couldn't be happier.

Loaded the KJ up with a shovel, emergency kit and my recovery gear. With a foot or two of snow on the way I'm ready to play. My new KJ front guard skid should make a nice plow of sorts I think.

I'm doing the same tonight when I get home from work. I have most of my stuff but I am going to add a few things to help the most intelligent people are work who think a 2WD vehicle is a good idea during a blizzard.

My first introduction to Jeeps was the blizzard of 1993 when my buddy and I pulled a few people off the side of I-95 in Virginia in his slightly modified (no lift but AT tires and a winch) Wrangler.
