2 1/2 inch bolts are not long enough for two pucks not even without washers. You need 3 inch bolts when adding 2 bumpstops on an 02, not sure if other years will accept a shorter bolt or not.
?? Installed on 02s-03s-04s etc they all worked for me
I believe ya since you've done so many. I took your word and never measured the pucks I got from my local Ace hardware so they must be bigger than inch thick.
Maybe you've got Metric hockey pucks. Need a special bolt for them. :icon_lol:

Wow we have to go to a place that sells sporting goods etc and then sometimes they do not have them. May have to check Ace out then and see if they do

You could drill the puck and countersink the bolt head a little.
Yes they need to be bolted down, people have tried various epoxys etc over the years, all they did was lose their " pucks"

I used stainless bolts, drilled 1/4" hole though the used played pucks.
Left enough bolt room to go through the center drilled spring perch ..easy.

Measured my pucks and are exactly 1 inch. Not sure why 2.5 inch bolts wouldn't work for me with not even the littlest thread showing under perch.
Must have very short bolts in your part of the world :icon_lol:

Now your at a different angle......replace them, they were getting bad before the lift.

Only noticeable in 4x4. Just rebuilt the transfer case end of intermidate shaft could it possible be the opposite end or still the cv's.
Rebuilt the front drive shaft ?
Intermediate shaft or what 99% of us call it is in the front diff on the right side
and CVs are bad more than likely plus possibly the intermediate shaft in the front diff
Also check your rear ujoints
Yes, I meant front drive shaft not intermediate shaft. Front drivers side cv axle is badly shot, slinging grease and making a ton of noise as discovered on lift yesterday. Just picked up a new Napa lifetime warranty replacement.

Just curious..I kinda like the idea of having pucks in my suspension, but will they benefit me at all if I'm just replacing my old stock springs with basic Moogs?
