Just put in all new suspension stuff and new CV's and intermediate shaft. Feels tons more solid. Probably have 25 miles on the new setup...is it normal to hear a few clicks and pops from the CV stuff for a bit? It seems to be getting quieter after working it a bit. Also I mistakenly over torqued the new axle nuts then loosened them and redid them...do I need new ones?

Yes to the first one, things are settling in. If noises never go away, then start to be more concerned.
And no, your nuts are fine!

Thanks, I was hoping the were since they're both identical. Might make sure that a 3rd one didn't grow.

And sounds good on the noises.

Sounds are normal for a little. Should wear in pretty quick. Always make sure not to overtorque your nuts ;) but they should be fine

Noticed one new noise (sounds driver's side ish) today after adjust the clevis more yesterday. When turning left, at the beginning of the turn, no noise, halfway through sounds like a tire is rubbing, turn the wheel more, no noise and then back to halfway there's noise. To test the tire rubbing on pinchweld theory, there was a clean spot on the pinchweld and some heavier scratches. Wiped it off, put a clean sheet of paper on each pinchweld. Tool it for a ride, came back and there are tire marks on the paper. Sounds like case closed. I jacked it up, took the front wheels off and spun the axles (was in 4FT) with the wheel turned and didn't hear anything- which leads me to believe it is a tire issue. The two things that don't support it being a tire issue is that it happens only in 4 full time and while tire rubbing would be a more constant, fast noise, this makes maybe 6 pops/knocks during the noisy period (halfway though a left turn). Any ideas?
Also I checked the torque on all the suspension stuff and axle nuts. The axle is a new Napa reman.Thanks.

Rear one on the front is good, 2 years old, checked for rips, seems fine. Front one looks fine too. This noise didn't start till I got the Napa one in. And left turns seem to set it off...
